Payment Obligations

Enrollment in paid programs requires accurate payment information and completion of the payment process as specified during checkout. Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are disclosed prior to confirmation.

Refunds

Payments made to VidyaNex are generally non-refundable, except in limited circumstances such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Confirmed technical issues attributable to VidyaNex

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Access to Services

Certificates, premium materials, mentorship, and related benefits are provided only after:

• Successful payment confirmation
