VidyaNex offers technology-enabled educational programs designed to provide practical, industry-aligned learning experiences. As our services primarily involve digital content, online programs, and time-bound access, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
By enrolling in or purchasing any VidyaNex service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Scope of Services Covered
This policy applies to all paid offerings provided by VidyaNex, including but not limited to:

- Online training courses and certifications
- Workshops, live sessions, and webinars

All services are delivered digitally and/or online and are classified as non-physical, non-returnable services.
2. General Refund Principle
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources upon enrollment, payments made to VidyaNex are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are considered only in limited and clearly defined circumstances outlined below.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
A refund request may be approved only if one or more of the following conditions are met:
3.1 Duplicate or Excess Payment
If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service or transaction, the excess amount will be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Non-Provision of Service
If payment has been successfully completed but the enrolled service or program is not made available to the user at all.
3.3 Verified Technical Failure
If a confirmed technical issue on VidyaNex’s side prevents access to the purchased service, despite successful payment, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
All refund approvals are subject to internal verification and validation.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after enrollment or purchase
- Failure to participate, complete, or submit required tasks, projects, or assignments
- Inability to meet eligibility, submission, or validation requirements
- Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations or subjective preferences
- Partial usage of services or access to digital content
- Delays caused by user-side issues such as internet connectivity, device limitations, or scheduling conflicts
Once access to a program, resource, or content has been granted, the service is deemed to have commenced.
5. Refund Request Timeline
7 Calendar Days
Any refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment.
Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed or processed, regardless of the reason.
6. Refund Request Procedure
Step 1: Submit a Request
Users must email consulting@vidyanex.com with the following details:
- Registered full name
- Transaction or payment reference ID
- Date of payment
- Clear explanation of the refund request
Step 2: Review & Verification
VidyaNex will review the request and supporting information within 5–7 business days.
Step 3: Refund Processing
If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank and typically takes 7–10 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Users may choose to discontinue participation in a program at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, except where eligibility criteria under this policy are satisfied.
8. Non-Transferability of Access
All program enrollments, learning materials, certificates, and platform access provided by VidyaNex are strictly personal and non-transferable. Access rights cannot be shared, reassigned, resold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
9. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
This policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, digital service regulations, and payment gateway guidelines. VidyaNex reserves the right to revise or update this policy to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.
